Memo
Memo is an archive with a series of projects from 2011 until today that capture life events in short illustrated paragraphs. The archive includes more than one hundred illustrations and a variety of stories and quotes. For many of those, I worked with individuals, blogs, web radios, and art exhibitions to create bespoke and commercial artwork.

The Process
Passionate about drawing, every second that is spent sketching, gives me a smile. For both personal and commercial projects, the inspiration comes from memories, music, photography and real life events. Each project can take from a day, to a week’s time depending on how complex the idea is.
Project Breakdown
Depending on the type of artwork that is requested, the design approach may vary to different styles, but as shown in this page, my characteristic and personal style can be defined as colored line-art. In my perspective, the focus is given on the main characters and the key details, rather than an entire detailed scene. This is mainly because I like simplicity with a clear message, an expression that is recognised and felt without having to dig too much into it.
